Are you feeling overwhelmed taking care of your child with special needs?

I completely understand how you feel and I’ve been there as well. It can be an overwhelming experience to care for a child with challenges, but I can help.

Jill Miller:

The Parent Coach

My name is Jill Miller. I’m a Life Coach, Pediatric Occupational Therapist, and a Mom of two. I have over 20 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist and Parent Coach working with families who have children with special needs. I have focused my work primarily helping parents who have children on the autism spectrum or who have ADHD.

Why Coaching?

I personally know what it’s like to have your life impacted by having a child with challenges and have worked with hundreds of families. Through my own experience both personally and professionally, I am passionate about helping you break through to live the life you thought was impossible.

What Gives My Life Meaning and Purpose is to Help Parents

Become More Regulated and Centered and Create a Life Worth Living

I love to work with and coach parents like you because 1) I was that parent and 2) I’ve worked with so many other families through the years and want to share everything I know about living a meaningful life even when there are challenges. I know first hand that through coaching and mind management it can be done! I am a stronger, more resilient person because of the challenges I’ve faced.

My Coaching Approach

My approach with coaching clients is to listen to you and show you what is going on in your mind in various areas of your life. I will teach you how to do thought work. Thought work is understanding how you think and feel and how it impacts the results you get. In addition, a component of my coaching program will encompass exercise and self-regulation to help with mind management.

What Results Can You Expect?

You may still find yourself facing challenges, but the way you think about them and how you manage your life will improve. Over time, you will begin to feel lighter even though the circumstances of your life have remained the same. You will also gradually become more clear about the life you want to live and your priorities. You will understand that your thoughts are what create the feelings about the life you have. You will realize that it’s your choice to see things from a more empowering perspective.

What To Do Next

It’s my mission to show parents of children with special needs how to do what I’ve done and create a future they can be excited about. You can be stronger as a result of your life experience.
